No VIN, no mileage ("low"), no price ("inquire") but they claim it's real and for sale on Hemmings.

DESCRIPTION
- The later, facelifted variant of the 500E
- Hugely desirable 'Limited' model with Evolution wheels and unique patterned-leather upholstery
- A very rare, low-mileage, well maintained example
- Co-developed with and produced by Porsche
- Stunning Sapphire Black with the iconic 'Limited' two-tone black and grey leather upholstery
- 322bhp naturally aspirated 5.0-litre V8
- The ultimate variant of Mercedes' ultimate sports saloon
First shown at the Paris Salon in 1990, Mercedes-Benz's 500E sports saloon had been developed with assistance from Porsche; indeed, it was hand built at Porsche's Zuffenhausen factory, and in recent years an example of the E500 Limited version has been on display in the new Porsche Museum in Zuffenhausen.
The production process involved each and every 500E being transported back and forth between the Mercedes plant and Porsche's Rossle-Bau factory in Zuffenhausen, with each car taking a full 18 days to complete. Despite possessing all the luxury accoutrements associated with a range-topping Mercedes-Benz, the 500E was lighter than the 500 SL sports car. Powered by the latter's 5.0-litre, 32-valve, 326bhp V8 engine, the 500E delivered shattering performance, reaching 100km/h (62mph) in 6.1 seconds and topping out at around 260km/h (162mph). When the W124 range was face-lifted in 1993, model designations changed from suffix to prefix, the 500E becoming the E500. The 500E and E500 were produced in left-hand drive for all markets.
The E500 Limited was a special-edition version of the face-lifted model produced in small numbers (under 500) between 1994 and 1995. Usually supplied with every available option as standard, the Limited also came with a special two-tone interior featuring bird's-eye maple wood embellishment; 17" EVO-II alloy wheels; passenger and driver airbags; and 'Mercedes-Benz' stamped stainless steel door sills. It is much sought after by aficionados of Mercedes-Benz's classic high-performance models.

1994 Mercedes E Class Blue Automatic Left Hand Drive in U... ~83k km and £89,950 ($114,710).

DD Classics are a very prestigious and well known classic dealer here in the UK, there is no doubt that car is the real deal and in brilliant condition,
you can go on their website or have a look at the car and classic listing for more classification.

Even if you go to their website you can see the kind of cars they sell (and their calibre) which reiterates, to me at least, that they do not cut corners and prioritise selling cars of utmost quality.

I have exactly the same car but with 25000 kms more. That's a big number. Maybe I offered my LTD too cheaply recently to a forum member.

Harry Metcalfe is my favorite YouTube auto expert. He reviewed this car and and another 500e for sale in the UK on Sunday . I highly recommend . Nothing new but still interesting to hear Harry’s take.
