500E A/C Compressor Assembly (8-groove) - extremely hard to find?

Hi all,

Looks like my speed sensor on my compressor crapped out and I am in need of a full compressor replacement.

I have a '91 500E Euro Spec and unfortunately am in need of an 8-groove pulley which is seemingly very difficult to find.

Curious if anyone has any leads or spare compressors for this model.

Anyone remember if you can swap the 8-rib pulley/clutch on to a new 6-rib compressor? I forget...

Also, make sure you are searching for the correct part number for an 8-rib compressor, 000-230-02-11. This should be Denso 471-1226.

Looks like some are available but at high prices ($700) from an eBay vendor (link) who may have some old stock.
