Drivers side mirror rubber gasket

Need help finding where to buy the rubber piece that goes between the drivers mirror and door pillar . Mine has dried out and perished. local MB dealer wants $240 for piece plus fitting.
Is this correct , can the part be sourced elsewhere? Any help much appreciated

+1 on mboemparts. I just bought both sides, still wasn't cheap. One side was around $140 and the other $120 if I recall

Used ones from early 124's are another option, they are often in decent shape.
