Finger screws for center panel

I've just assembled the wiper system after replacing the cabin fan for the full automatic climate system and one of the first panels you take of down behind the engine in the center has 2 finger screws and another one on the drivers side. See pictures.
But sadly only 1 of these were there in my car only one of the finger screws.

So could it be ordered from new.?
I simply can't get were to find it inside EPC to find the part number for them.

So are they provided with the outer plastic panel witch I can't find either in EPC. Or can they be ordered separate?
I can find the group for the big centet panel where the threads are located in for the fignerskrews to catch but the screws them self. Not able. To find the categories in EPC showing them.

Someone here knows about these thumb screws. I think there NLA but I can’t remember the name of them.

That was my thoguht as well. as many other stuff goes out. but in a way these shoukd be possable to find in some other aplikation to fit.
I could see the threads were not M6 but are they really M8 well. hope someone have some info because they are so prone to be droped and gone.
Luckely i got some few donor cars around here. might be lucky
