very nice. more pictures please and please start an owner thread to introduce your machine and chronicle its life here. This is a great resale tool (resource tool) if you document your comings and goings.

Prefacelift Lenses are still available from MB... Facelift ones are NLA

Are you certain? Last I checked, they were all NLA. MB Classic is showing zero results for all four part numbers, which isn't a good sign.

Ohh.. I did not checked for last two month..maybe you are correct!

Did you ask about complete headlamps only, or did they also check for lenses? You should be able to convert standard Euro lights to functionally-equivalent 500E specs, if you have the correct 500E lenses. But, last I heard the lenses were also NLA.

I even offers him a bit more than half, but he doesn't accept that :(
For only the glasses, i'm not going to pay € 1000,- ..... It's glass not gold...

1000€ is crazy for two lenses..

What’s else do you planing to do, on your Dreamy?
 
For now, i'm going to mount an armrest between the front seats (was ordered without one) and replacing the coolant tank, because it became all yellow.
Luckily these parts are no problem :p
