Did you scanned them or is this some sort of offer to buy them from you?
This is Gerry's way of saying "nyah, nyah, I have them and you don't, suckers!" 
Everything is for sale at the right price but I'm not that desperate to get a copy (yet). I don't think he's looking to sell either of them. The USA manual is in PDF format on my website, courtesy of Rik.
