So was it built for/ delivered to Japan, doesn't say anything about dealer, date.
Look at the code 794 C36 monoII wheels??

And also this strange 500 is said to carry a 6liter E60LH under it's hood, not verified yet, and
when did that take place? Surely this must be investigated.

Some option codes are a bit nebulous and the actual definition is questionable. Here's a site with a list, these are mostly accurate, although obviously no .036 came with 7.5"-wide wheels so code 794 is a bit of an enigma.

Yes that would have made more sence, 8.5x17 all around, in the AMG '94 brochure it does say Mehrteilige 17-zoll E500 only, code 794 et30 245/45 tyre
meaning, you can not always trust the spec. translation. Anyway this means it was a factory option before the E60 was a reality, and what about that 6liter?
What about the Japan surfix?

the Japan thing is a glitch in that Russian VIN decoder, it calls everything Japanese. The way to find where the car was probably (but not always) originally sold is through the order number, which also appears on the data card it's right there on the page that you posted ORDER NUMBER: 0121710304. Ignore the first two digits, and take the three digits after that which in this case is 217, that is the dealer code. Go here http://www.bekkoame.ne.jp/~mtor/mbcodedsc.html and look up 217L, it will say Frankfurt Branch.

This is a very very early 1993 car, would have been built in August of 1992.
