License Plate mount - Euro to North American

Hi All:
I am the happy owner of a 1992 500E Euro and have had a hard time mounting North American license plates front and rear. I have had to resort to heavy duty velcro as an interim fix. I did not want to drill any new holes into the bumper and my velcro system while effective is not a final solution . Does anyone know if there is a converter bracket or perhaps a replacement part for the Euro bumpers front and back?

007985 005187 screws bracket to lid
124 990 12 36 screws licence plate to bracket

124 885 28 23 US front license plate bracket
(I don't have the PNs on the mounting screws for the front bracket)
