Light Control Module (Bulb-out module)

Hi - I need to source a new LCM for my Euro spec 1993 E500. the unit in there is a Hella 126 542 03 32 (5KG 004 747-09 which I guess is the Hella part number code)' Looking here on the forum I see reference to LCM 126 542 01 32. What's the difference please? Is one applicable to the US or is it age related or something else?
