I hava a 95 W140 S500 with a broken engine after I catched a fox in my oilcooler. The engine in my car is a M119.970. Theere is a M119.974 available near by, can I use this engine in my W140 if I move everything over on the 974 block?
Yes, if you swap parts around, it will work fine. The exhaust manifolds, upper+lower oil pans, oil dipstick tube, and probably a few other bits are different.
