WANTED Mercedes EVO wheel

www.alloywheelsdirect.net are currently showing new 17" EVO IIs for sale - around £450 each - if that's what you're looking for?

I assume you are in the US (?): I think you'd find their shipping costs quite reasonable.

Yep... these may still be available new, in 8.25" width, and painted "Sterling Silver" finish.

Contact MB Classic Center, ask about p/n B66470061. Looks like $678 MSRP / ~$575 discount each in USA, if available. The online websites (RevParts USA dealerships) are all showing "Backordered / Currently Unavailable" so you must call a dealer and talk to a live person.

On checking the Alloywheelsdirect site in more detail, p/n B66470061 Standard Silver 8.25J X 17 ET34 are the ones they have available. They are indicating grey, and Silver with high sheen, as "discontinued".

Correct. They are showing painted silver as available (maybe).

High Sheen (clearcoat over machined finish) is permanently discontinued. I'm suspicious it's because these are notorious for having the finish fail, where a chip in the clearcoat allows the metal to oxidize/corrode, and spread underneath the clearcoat. The painted versions do not have the same problem and generally have a more robust finish.
