While I’d love to reproduce headlights, I don’t think that’ll be something that can be done. However, we could potentially look into contacting Hella to see if a run of lenses can be custom ordered as they should still have the molds

I won't be able to reproduce them but I could make a decent replica in the future. I'll experiment on sanding the flutes from the inside to make them as smooth as the original Hella 500E lenses.

I have a friend with a new business who will be 3D printing silicon molding with similar type resin the rear bumper blend pieces off a set of the originals; which will be less $$ than the Octoclassics product and look and feel more like the OE..

Having fun ones, we actualy counted up how much Hella needs to start a Lens run..... I dont remember how many Lenses Hella needed, but i remember this - IF Lens would cost new around 300 Euro, we need to collect 4,6 Million Euro to get Hella interested. If someone have this amount - we can talk to Hella.

Fun note about headlights, Magnetti marelli AL is stopping production of pedestrian pre facelift headlights. That's what i heard from supplier but don't count me on that.

Don't have the P/N off top, but the outer sealing rails that sit at the base of the [door] window channels that have been mostly NLA, if i remember correctly passenger rear was available not too long ago.

Many reproductions are available from china/turkey... bought a set once, didn't fit right.

Don't forget about the c124 series!

The triangle interior trim that is visible in the rear quarter glass tends to degrade with uv exposure and break up. I hoarded some sets but thru cannot be got used in most cases and are usually broken or missing on many coupes.

Original parts are Mercedes-Benz proprietary and any production and sale is controlled by them. This means that their vendors/subcontractors cannot produce nor sell original MB parts nor copies on their own initiative. MB could have opened up for 3rd party license production and still controlled the quality level on their parts, but they may fear warranty issues.
