Hmm acceleration doesn't look that fast according to the video.
580HP like mentioned in the comments would surely accelerate faster. IMHO when judging by some YT Videos, a R129 SL600 is equally fast or even faster than this supercharged thing.

That's why YouToob isn't very good for determining how fast a car is. Too many variables. The car looks quick for sure, but there's no way to tell how fast from the poor video. Shame they can't get it to a dragstrip for some real numbers.Christian_K said:

well counting slowly 1.2.3.4. the car hits 100 km/h not fast??
I counted 5 xD
Then i saw a video of a normal SL60AMG and i counted 5.4.... so there was not that much improvement according to the videos.
But as Dave said, such cars should be tested at the strip so we would have some real numbers to play ans speculate with.
