After a few weeks of ownership I'm pretty thrilled with this truck
Man did they get this thing right or what?
It's my first truck and I'm glad I waited all these years and made the right choice.
This thing is hand built and "500E solid."
Hell of a truck for the $ I paid
I bought this for myself as a Birthday present and also an 81 500SLC but I'm not married and don't have kids so let a guy have something right?
This truck is a "Europa" import and was bought by me from Santa Fe
The truck has the cool barn doors in the back, BBS wheels, Recaro seats and cool Bull Bar too.
It's pretty amazing the amount of accessories and add ons they make for these trucks.
I've already ordered a sliding rear window for my dog!
This is my vote for the Galendewagen, a must have for any MB enthusiast!

That's sweet, man. And an SWB with the cool rear doors. That M110 engine should do you well, as long as you keep 'er in adjustment. The good thing is that your truck is almost completely mechanical, so will be easy to maintain and repair. Indeed the build quality on these things is nearly unbeatable.

Post some more photos of the interior and exterior !!
