Results of sds/ C3 diagnostics

I ran the SDS diagnostics after I replaced the mass air flow sensor on my 94 S420 . All my sluggish pedal response has been fixed but I have few errors in my DAS . Can someone please explain these errors and where to look ? Thx

I think N16/1 is the base module. Check the GM-type fuses in the top of it.
