Those are cool, have not seen them before. Looks like the total production number is off, in the first article.

Those look like cards I used to see on eBay. Nicely done even though the info isn't quite accurate.

Yeah, that's just one of a series of cards that were issued on various cars. As Glen said, commonly available on eBay.

Yes, thank you for posting. I've long wondered the specifics of what these cards said, but never bothered to buy on on eBay becuase I didn't think they offered much unique information. I do appreciate your contribution -- thanks again !

There's a lot of information in there that is incorrect and/or misleading:

- a KE-Jetronic engine is depicted
- the wrong wheels are indicated (late 126/early 124 "13-hole" wheels are shown)
- wildly incorrect production numbers (off by a factor of almost 2.5x)
- current values indicated are very very high
- Porsche production numbers were generally around 10-12 units per day, not 20 as indicated
- gas mileage shown is perhaps a bit low
- indicates Bosch Motronic injection system, which is incorrect (also correctly indicates hot-wire injection in two other references)

Cheers,
Gerry
