Nice price for what appears to be a nice car! Make sure to look for rust, especially on the underside.

E500 also has new rear main seal and fan clutch.

The original owner was truly in the 1% of the mega-wealthy club; open wallet maintenance as a VMI will show yous. Mechanically it's all there still with Bob spending thousands on critical recent work. An excellent daily driver IMO as is sits.

I got the same impression after speaking with Bob on the phone a couple weeks ago. I would have been a serious buyer but the smoke silver exterior and parchment/tan interior just doesn't get my motor running...maybe it's that I needed a change after daily driving my tan leather interior Duramax for 4 years.

And I've always loved it, but what do I know? Nice car. Interesting that it's not moving.

How much snow is in CT right now? We got about 15" in Michigan. Snow might impact timing. Likely no one wants to drive the car in this weather, buyer or seller.

We have at least 15" of snow on the ground here in CT with more on the way! I don't think the weather is helping the sale either. Have a black on black 92 300 CE Sportline with 150k on it I will be posting shortly. Picked up 05 E55 last week and a 87 Porsche 930 Slantnose today. Need to make room in the garage!
Smoke silver is a love it or hate it color.

...which need for garage space would be why you've obviously priced it to move. Enjoy that E55. The '05s and '06s of that engine series (ECUs fully sorted, etc.) are wonderful if you can find one that's been adult driven and unmolested (unicorn).
