• Hi Guest !

    Welcome to the 500Eboard forum.

Since its founding in late 2008, 500Eboard has become the leading resource on the Internet for all things related to the Mercedes-Benz 500E and E500. In recent years, we have also expanded to include the 400E and E420 models, which are directly related to the 500E/E500.

We invite you to browse and take advantage of the information and resources here on the site. If you find helpful information, please register for full membership, and you'll find even more resources available. Feel free to ask questions, and make liberal use of the "Search" function to find answers.

We hope you will become an active contributor to the community!

    Sincerely,
    500Eboard Management

I was set to go with our local
MB club, but i have a conference the next week at Amelia Island. Was hoping to run into Jono, Al
And klinkster

Barber is probably my favorite track east of the Mississippi.

About a decade ago I instructed at the track day shared by MB and Lotus national gatherings. "Interesting" crowd. Those MB track days are never short on excitement.

I 'may' go spur of the moment and drive down if I can get a co-pilot for the days drive...but it would be in the CLK ; which is more suited to the track events (ya' think?) 8-)

Would be a good time for an East coast E500E GTG tho....any talks of it?

Hope to be driving down on the 16th of May.
Still waiting to see if I can get the days off, BUT looks promising!

Speaking of Jono, I'll be showing the Jonomobile 560SEC on Saturday.

I could take the 500E, but have been lured by the DarkCISide.

Well. . . we had a good time at Starfest.
KLINK was the BOMB at his technical session and should be a stand up technical/comedian for Velocity channel.

He spent time answering any question about ANY MB across all models and did so with complete knowledge and great humor.
He had the whole room laughing, especially when he mentioned a particular model that didn't quite "blow his skirt"!

We are extremely lucky to have his knowledge on this board.

Our other resident author, Jono, couldn't make it due to business at his shop. Jono lead a technical discussion at Startech in 2013, and his comments are also very much appreciated here.
