Subframe Rear Bushings

are all these subframe bushings still available or there is an updated info on bushings?
looking for set of subframe bushings for my 95 E320 wagon
 
I just got back my subframe and suspension part from powder coating. I managed to install bushings quite easy with Miller tools. Especially fronts were really piece of cake. But rears made some headache. First the the "pusher plate" will contact the side of subframe and new paint will scratch away which was annoying. For perfect result you have to modify the pusher plate a bit, cut away/hone slightly one edge to clear perfectly. Also for some reason bushing twisted a little bit that you can see from above that it is not in line with the subframe. I think that it won't cause any problems but for me it looks annoying.

Any tips how I can turn it back to proper position? The small notch is in proper place but twist is visible

I already take it off and tried to install but it turn again when reinstalling. I used some soap to lubricate. I wonder that those Carrus bushings might not be so accurate what comes in dimensions but the overall quality seems ok to me.

Ps. I made new sticker to subframe just like it was from the factory :coolgleam:
what is the tool that is used to remove and install the bushings on the subframe?
 
The M104 and M119 cars used the "tall tab" front bushings, but those are NLA from MB (you'll get the short-tabs if you order from the dealer). There are aftermarket tall-tab bushings available so you can try those. Read this thread for more details on short vs tall tab. In general the short tabs are fine but higher-power applications should have the tall tabs.

I have read through the thread, because its been going on for some years it looks like a lot of these bushings are NLA, but I am still confused, can someone please clarify with part number is for the short tub bushings and with part number is for the tall tub bushing please, really appreciate it
 
@T0Pnotch55 - WIth you having a 95 E320 wagon, I'd recommend starting up postings on an Off Topic post or an OWNERS thread to keep the varience in P/Ns and solutions in mind.

Also, you need to figure out a path towards EPC on your side. WIth a 124.092 - this is an easy place for you to use for part number research: Mercedes FG 124.092 (15X) > Mercedes EPC Online > nemigaparts.com

i do own a 93 500E aswell, and in this situation the do share the same subframe bushings, i apologize if i made anyone here feel annoyed by my question, but taking in consideration that a lot of the threads here on the forum contain outdated information it doesn’t make it easy to figure it out wich parts are still available and wich ones are NLA, or what other option are available as aftermarket, i just asked something that is related to the 500E platform, i apologize that i am not familiar with everything like oarts catalog or stuff like this, i am trying my best

Post #51 (here) has the info you are looking for. As mentioned previously, the tall tab bushings are NLA from MB, the only option is aftermarket. If you order the tall-tab part number from an aftermarket supplier, it SHOULD be the tall-tab bushing. But if you order from the dealership, you'll receive short tabs.
