Hello

I didnt drove my 500E for 3 weeks i drove 30 mins there was no problem after 1 hour i started it again but than it started vibrating on idle and its hard to take off high rpm the car is normal

Once again, this sounds like the dreaded moisture in the distributor caps, blah, blah? Plenty of threads here on the causes/remedies. Not a major issue. I'm sure someone else here will be able to quote exact links to enable you to sort the problem?

+1, sounds like secondary ignition problems... here's one of many threads:

The cap and the router are 30000km old should i re use it or get new they are bosch

Read through the information linked as well as related information with a search. The insulator behind the rotors is just as important as the caps and rotors. A visual inspection should be done of all three of these components and there is a very good chance that you will need insulators as they are often overlooked. If your budget allows, replace all items. I would inspect first. You may also need cam seals behind the insulators.
Pay particular attention to the removal of the bolts that hold the rotors on. They are easily stripped or "rounded".

Insulator is #14 in the diagram above (MB # 119-158-01-88, Bosch # 1-230-500-240).

FR8DC are incorrect (resistor) plugs.

Mercedes 003-159-68-03 are correct, non-resistor plugs, Beru made in France. Gap them at 1.0-1.1mm.

If there is moisture/condensation issues, adding the ventilation slots (see post #3 above) should really help. This seems to primarily affect the passenger side cap.

This assumes the oil leaks are fixed so there is not a constant source of engine oil fouling the lower portion of the caps/insulators.

okey thanks could cam seals be the oil leak
Possibly, yes, you must remove the insulator and inspect the cam seals. Normally they should be bone dry with no visible oil residue.
