W124 engine swap

Hello maybe somebody can help me out. I am looking to swap my 1995 Mercedes E320 W124 to a V-8 what would be the easiest swap

There is no "easy" swap to put any V8 into a 6-cylinder W124 chassis. If it was easy, you would see dozens or hundreds of these conversions. Instead, you have to look worldwide to find single digit quantities.

Kridre is correct, if your E320 is a sedan, sell it and buy a 400E/E420, or E500E. If it's a wagon, coupé, or cabrio... be prepared to spend a LOT of money that you'll never recoup. Lots of custom fabrication, custom electrical work, exhaust, etc etc.
