I removed both nozzles from my 300CE yesterday to try an clean out a possible clog, and the plastic retainer clip on one of them broke.
The part numbers are A1248601947 & A1248602047 and I'd like to replace them both If I can buy them.
I plugged these part numbers into all the usual on-line sites, and no hits anywhere. I also tried the part numbers from my E420 & 500, which are similar, and again no hits.
Not really caring about the heated hoses or nozzles, this car never drives in weather that requires that feature. So any nozzle with the same appearance and attachment would do.
I'll try my local Mercedes dealer tomorrow, in the mean time, has anyone else tried to source the nozzles?
PS: After removing the nozzles and attached wires, I was able to troubleshoot & confirm that both nozzles were clogged or partially clogged. After successfully attempting to blow out to orifices from the both directions, it occurred to me that I could have left the nozzles mounted on the hood, and just disconnected the hoses and done the same thing. If I had simply left the nozzles in place, I wouldn't be writing this post now. So many brittle plastic parts in these cars, I hope they keep making replacements for the foreseeable future.
