Which rubber care products do you use?

Not for tires, but for other rubber items... mostly door/trunk weatherstrips/seals, but other rubber items as well (hoses, rubber seals along the outside glass, etc). Wurth has 2 different products, one is 50-state approved; the other is only allowed in 32 states. Both are silicone-free, but only the 50-state version has "silicone free" in the name, which is confusing. Both are difficult to source online at a reasonable price, often shipping is more than the cost of the product. I have a hard time justifying paying over $20 for a single can of 50-state juice with tax & shipping.

Anyone have a different product that works well and is semi-affordable? Or, know how to obtain the Wurth products without feeling robbed? nextzett 'Gummi Pflege Stift' Rubber Care Stick, easily available on Amazon (link) looks like it might be decent for the door/trunk seals.

Screenshots below of the two Wurth Rubber Care variants:

Rubber Care Silicone Free: Wurth item # 8857000012, 12oz, 50-state, $18.13 MSRP (link)
Rubber Care: Wurth item # 0890110 10oz, 32-state, $20.45 MSRP (link)

AutoGeek has the best deal I could find for the 50-state product with reasonable shipping, free ship over $100 if you can find enough other stuff to fill the cart:

I've used this for quite a while and I'm lukewarm on it. Maybe I'm using it incorrectly, or maybe my expectations are not right.
When I apply it to door/trunk seals, it seems to work --- it gets absorbed by the seals and leaves a matte finish --- seemingly just what I want.

However, when I apply it to the exterior rubber door mirror triangles (2016 rubber formulation) the product just seems to sit on top of the triangle, never getting absorbed, and gets all streaky.

Wurth Rubber Care. And not the cali version...
Jono, I assume you mean the 10oz / more expensive version shown below. Where do you get it? Of course, that one is hard to get online... cheapest I can find is $25/can delivered from Amazon.

AutoGeek has the 50-state Wurth available at 25% off with promo code LC25, with free shipping on orders over $25. That makes 2 cans around $10 each plus tax, if you buy two of 'em. Not sure how long the discounts will last. I picked up a couple cans and will try them out. I haven't been able to find the "good" stuff for less than $25/can delivered.

FYI, I just tried ordering Wurth's Rubber Care [Silicone Free, 50-state version] at Autogeek.
It would only let me order one can, then I got a notice that it was discontinued:

My experience with Autogeek and Autopia (same company, different store front) when it comes to Wurth products are exactly as @emerydc8 , says in stock, you go trough the ordering and paying for the product and few hours later orders canceled. Wurth direct has it in stock but x3 min order and full price $22.49

This is the stuff I use: Walmart looks to have the best pricing.

I think the product is best for dried out rubber .

@Jlaa , as for the rubber boots on the exterior mirror triangles the product that works fantastically well, and the only one that does, is Pristine Clean, part of the Leatherique 2 step Leather treatment. PC is usually the 2nd step when you do the leather. I was amazed at how it took away stains that I was only able to mask but not take away prior to Pristine Clean. I read the instructions and it turns out the product is also for cleaning and conditioning plastic and rubber trim.

PC is my go-to for doing trim now. Easy too.

Thanks! I bought it! 16oz worth of it!

So you bought the Pristine Clean? It took away these harsh water stains on the mirror triangle that no other product could do. It did so and left a natural non shiny clean surface. I just found out by fluke because prior to that I only used it for leather rejuvenation (part 2).

Yes I did! I used it two decades ago on some leather for some car that I had at the time and I was not that impressed. However, I have not thought of using pristine clean on the mirror triangle rubber. I just ordered it off of eBay for a relatively inexpensive price.

For convertible top seals, the best product to keep them pliable and prevent leaks is Krytox GPL105. You can use this product on all other seals, but its quite expensive, so its reserved for the top seals only. For all other seals, I use Gummi Phlege.

Thank you @Sam SL !

I am very very very impressed with Prestine Clean as it relates to conditioning mirror boot rubber.

I replaced both driver's and passenger side rubber boots with new parts in 2017. The driver's boot has always been nice and soft and responds well to both Gummi Pflege Stift as well as Aerospace 303. The passenger's boot is made of some other rubber formulation and has always been somewhat stiff, and has never responded well at all to either of the two products.

I masked off the rubber boot today (below). You can see the "white powdery streakiness" on it --- it is kind of stiff. This is even with lots and lots of Gummi Pflege Stift and Aerospace 303 over the years, and very little UV exposure.

I applied Prestine Clean with a horsehair brush, let it sit for a few minutes, then buffed it out. WOW!!! It looks better and it feels quite a bit softer! I am very impressed!!!

Only stuff I use is the unicorn tears from Mercedes. Probably the same as the Kryptox stuff. I think this bottle cost me around $30 a few years ago, but I use it sparingly and carefully. Mercedes calls it "mold lubricant".
