All warranty work was done at Mercedes Benz of South Bay. Color is definitely grey. I thought that it was charcoal grey, but not sure. Definitely not black. I can check the color code for you when I get home. I am sure that it is listed in the vehicle documentation. The monotone paint was done at Mercedes Benz of South Bay. I am sure that they contracted it out. It was done in 2001. The transmission was rebuilt at Mercedes Benz of South Bay at around 87K. The radiator and hoses were replaced at around 103k. The car runs fantastic. Recommended attention: - The headliner is starting to show signs of degradation ( minor sagging ). I would have performed this repair, but the Wife and Baby are of higher priority ( I am sure you understand ). Replace air intake ducts It is due for the following maintenance ( which I will get to eventually ): - brake fluid flush - oil change - Air filter cleaning ( K&N filters are installed ).
