1-7-2005. Issaquah, WA. AutoTrader, 68321mi. Ad only had 2 photos. Said: Mechanically & cosmetically perfect. All records Original 16" wheels & 18" alurads both with michelins. 2nd owner. Asking $26,000

6-22-2010: Car for sale again on Craigslist Seattle. Asking $20K. Mileage 81,000. Seller says: " Pristine example of Porsche-Mercedes built E500 with upgraded brakes and body style. Car is perfect in every respect both cosmetically & mechanically. Renntech mods include engine management chip,first gear transmission update,ASR defeat switch. 18" wheels and tires plus have original 16"wheels refinished that are shod with Michelin Pilots. All original records plus original window sticker. Car-fax is unblemished. Have extra keys plus original handbooks. I am the second owner and purchased the car when it had 19000 miles...currently 81,000. Car is smoke silver with tanleather upholstery ( that shows absolutely no wear). "Seller said on 500espot.com: "I am the owner of the E500 in Seattle, actually Sammamish, Wa. Will be happy to answer any questions you have about the car. I purchased the car from a wealthy middle eastern gentlemen who only used the car when he traveled to the U.S." Car has stock exhaust system with custom squarish chrome tips welded on. UPDATE 11-16-10: Got a heads up from GSXR with regard to seller who had looked at this car. Info was: "About the Seattle smoke silver 94 E500. I saw this car last summer/fall in person. Owner keeps saying that it is cosmetically perfect with absolutely no interior wear, but this one also had at least one of the doors repainted and driver's seat had some wear especially on bolsters. I also noticed that he raised his asking price from 18K last year to 20K this year."
