Can you get the month/year the car was made?

Less US cars, there were only 234 of these cars made in this color over the four years. So if we had the date (month+year) it was made, we can pretty easily triangulate to within a couple or three cars, at most, the VIN number.

Not any kind of that information, then it could be possible to ”track” the car.....
