Timing chain guides and power steering pump were replaced at dealer at 109,000 miles.
Transmission was replaced at dealer at 122,000 miles.

It appears the seller did not own the car for very long. More detective work needed by @ace10.

Appears this car was being offered for $14.5K approximately 15 months ago. Would be good to know what work listed above, was done over the past 15 months, to earn the 63% increase in asking price ($14,500 asking price in Feb. 2018 --> $23,000 asking price now).
