GENERAL:

The 1994 Mercedes-Benz E500 Limited represents the pinnacle of the W124 series and is one of the rarest versions ever produced. Delivered new in September 1994 by an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer in Karlsruhe, Germany, it carries the unique 958 code in the vehicle data card, confirming its Limited specification. The E500 Limited was produced in very limited numbers and is regarded as a collector’s gem, marking the culmination of a legendary project developed in collaboration with Porsche.

BODYWORK & PAINTWORK:

The car is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic. During its initial transport in 1994, the vehicle sustained damage to the front and rear bumper panels and the driver’s side of the bodywork, which led to a repaint of these specific areas. The body shows no signs of major repairs or structural accidents, only minor stone chips, light scratches, and some peeling of paint on the bumpers. The 17-inch original EVO wheels have minor curb marks. There are slight traces of oxidized paint, but the chrome elements remain in excellent condition, free from corrosion.

TECHNICAL:

Mechanically, the car is in excellent condition. The last routine service was performed in July 2025 at a Mercedes-Benz dealership in Zlín. This included a complete fluid and filter replacement along with a full vehicle inspection, which found no defects. The 4,973 cm³ naturally aspirated V8 engine produces 326 hp and 480 Nm of torque, paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.1 seconds and is electronically limited to a top speed of 250 km/h. The wider track and specific chassis modifications were developed together with Porsche, which also performed the final assembly in Zuffenhausen. Brake discs and pads are in good condition and do not require replacement. The tires are nearly new with over 70% tread depth.

INTERIOR:

The interior is finished in the Limited-specific grey patterned leather upholstery (code 288a) and Birdseye dark maple wood trim. It is very well-preserved and clean. Minor cracks are visible in the wood trim on the center console and door panels, which is a known issue for this model. Comfort features include electrically adjustable front seats with memory, seat heating, automatic climate control, an electrically adjustable steering column, a sunroof, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, rear window sunshade, and the characteristic four-seat layout. All equipment is fully functional.

DOCUMENTS:

The car was imported to the Czech Republic in 2019 and registered to its current, fourth owner. It does not come with the original manuals or service booklet, but two original keys are included.

The car is located in the Czech Republic and is ready for immediate viewing, sale, and transport.

Headlights are for left-hand traffic (Japan/UK/Australia) so the car spent time elsewhere.

Also looks like spacers have been installed to push the Evo wheels outward to fill up the fenders better.

I'll just post a few pictures with circles and arrows. There's a lot wrong with the car.
To my eyes, it's definitely a Japanese car that has been cheaply and quickly “refreshed.” Limited leather never has straight lines, meaning the paint was simply sprayed on without removing the leather. But the doorboards were not touched, as can be clearly seen.
The E500 badge is too low, both side indicators are too high and too close to the doors. Definitely wheel spacers, not permitted in Germany with these rims, one rim has demolished surface, spare wheel unusually heavily used.
Wood in the interior has cracks, wood in the rear is about to burst, wood around the buttons does not fit properly, it was removed to remove Japanese phones and road toll cardholders, which also damaged the plastic on the center tunnel.
The entire car has been poorly repainted. The moldings on the roof are darker than those on the rear window, the fuel cap is from pre facelift, the rubber dampers in the trunk look very strange, low beam is too white, LED? etc., etc., etc.

The rubber dampers in the trunk (stop buffers) have the rubber completely disintegrated. What you're seeing is the bare metal underneath. All 4 need replacement (2 on the body, 2 on the deck/boot lid).
