2023 W124036 Meeting in Nürburgring *Depends on enough participants*

Hello Everyone.

I thought this would cheer everyone up a bit.

If there is enough interest I would organize a 2-day W124036 meeting in Nürburgring for August 2023. I would arrange for the drive both on the track and in the countryside around Nürburgring, arrange for accommodation with discount rates, lunch/dinner venues and arrange visits to motorsport/tuning facilities in the area with possibly a short technical seminar.
Its a Busy DTM race weekend. So this might be an incentive for more people to attend. You can attend the 500E meeting and then the race on Sunday. The ring area should be packed. The north route is open in Friday.

Date: 4th August and 5th August 2023 (DTM Weekend)
Venue: Nurburgring and the surrounding area.

I need to know the interest level within a couple of weeks, and have a list by the first of July. Minimum participation level applies.

Red Baron could attend, I will also be contacting various famous owners to attend if they can. Please register your interest in this thread.

We should know by this weekend if there is enough interest.
If anyone wishes to co-organize or help out, do get in touch with me via PM. Any suggestions from the locals about a preferred route/accommodation/activities are appreciated.

This is disappointing, there was not enough interest to organize this meeting. 10 years ago I organized 2 meetings while being 5000km away! we had 16 cars and people from 7 countries attending!
It seems the situation in Europe is greatly affecting the cars community, and people can't afford to travel to such meetings. Even the 2 international concours could not get enough cars for a 1980-1990s class, so I don't have any participations planned till now.
