Like so many other parts, this may be hard to find. If you have your hinges, a piece of 3/16 or 5mm masonite board, found at building supply stores will allow an easy recreation using a jig saw. Best of luck.

I will take some over the weekend, along with measurements. Nothing special excepting the front hinge has a slight unparalleled bend that could also be recreated.
It would be a great resource/addition if someone could remove their door, trace the outline of it, and make a downloadable template for folks in the future who want to re-create this part.

With so many parts becoming nla, it would be great to have a forum section or wiki section on how to recreate nla parts, i.e. battery covers, 500E badges...
