WANTED 500E battery cover

Amy chance for some close up photos of hinges, maybe you can take some measurements etc
Would anyone please provide me with the cover dimensions? My existing one was cut and modified so I am not sure on the length of it?
I have an original one , see attached photos. Needs a bit of work but not in bad shape. $20 + shipping if you are interested

That is a great idea!
With so many parts becoming nla, it would be great to have a forum section or wiki section on how to recreate nla parts, i.e. battery covers, 500E badges...
