A few things i would appreciate some help with

Ok so My 93 is in much better shape than my 92 is in so im kind of focusing on the 93 for now because i know its not going to rape my bank account to much.
#1: AC is cooling but the Fan does not come on i tried to look for a fuse or something but didn't find any
#2: The Gauges don't work at all and i have a feeling it might be something simple but idk and again did not find a fuse for the dashboard or any of the gauges
#3: The ARS and ABS lights are on, i have thouigh about switching the ASR/ABS relay from the 92 to 93 and im just not sure if i should even try ( don't know what can go wrong or not )
FYI. I did go to eurocar-werk and they told me that he would charge me at least $500 to take a good look at the car and told me that they are not so good with electrical problems so for now im just going to do what i can myself and hope i don't mess up to bad.

#1: The HVAC fan uses a 30A flat strip fuse located outside the fusebox, inside a small plastic case. Check that first.

#2: Physically remove each fuse, clean the contacts, and re-install. This is VERY likely a fuse issue.

#3: Check the GM-style fuses in the module in the CAN box and see if any are blown.

#4: It will be time to get a code reader and pull codes, if you can't get the ABS/ASR lights off.

That strip fuse can develop a hairline crack that is difficult to notice. Unscrew it to make sure it is intact.

Ok the Ac fuse was bad so got that taken care of Thank you.
As far as the rest go all the fuses that i can see look like there in good shape. Is there a special fuse for the dashboard somewhre because its not in the fuse box on the drivers side.
