That reminds me: When buying on eBay and the item is arriving after 60 days, if you wait for the item to arrive, you can't leave feedback due to their 60-day limit. And, eBay won't let you file a claim until their estimated arrival date has passed, which may be over 60 days! So you can try to leave feedback (neutral or negative) around day 58-59, then edit/update it later depending on the outcome.

I'm about to do this with a flaky Latvian seller who claims there is no tracking number and after 8 weeks, still no delivery... but eBay won't let me file until ~1 week after the 60-day feedback cutoff. Ridiculous.
