Yup. Any seller that doesn't allow a PPI is either hiding something, or has extreme paranoia.

Try offering a small deposit. Scheduling to take a car to a shop and waiting around for it to be inspected does take time and effort so a small token might make them more accommodating should you decide to back out.

Plenty of them out there for sale, nobody looking to buy the car is going to pay more based on pain appearance and bolster wear alone. PASS!
