Aware intake taking off without antifreeze merge!

Hello!
Guys,need an advice:
While taking off the intake manifold I made an mistake.
Do not repeat it.
First you should merge antifreeze (partially from the water pump) and only then unscrew manifold.

The result of mine mistake is antifreeze spilled into the valves:

In closed condition-I can see the antifreeze and blowed it with the compressor.
But I can’t see if there is any antifreeze in the neighbors cylinders because some valves are open.
The quantity of spilled antifreeze is not very big BUT what to do now?
Do I need to unscrew the sparks and rotate the crankshaft manually to inspect?

Will appreciate any advices.
And excuse me for the stupid topic :)

Photos attached of 1994-up block drains.

The early style (used through late 1993 USA model year production) are plain plugs, without the fitting to connect a hose.
