Battery tray clamp etc.

Hi. Last year i decided to sig into the battery stuff on my 500E
I removed all stuff. Hi ges cover tray bolts nuts. Etc.
Got the hinges bolts nuts etc blasted and galvanized.
But some other stuff as well.
Now i can't remeber witch of the 2 battery clamps is for the 500E
Its the one at the arrigt side with a Bolt correct?
And how are the rivets/screws removed from the hinges? As I remeber they could be screwed apart? But now they are stuck due to the galvanized treatment they got?

The right most battery clamp is the correct one

The battery cover hinges are riveted to the cardboard cover. The hinges are not normally removable. Not sure how you removed them, or how you will re-install...

Im pretty sure i screwed them apart. I defently dident ruibed the lit doibg it.
