BBS-AMG Aero II . Will they fit 036?

Their measures are 18"x8.5, offset 44. Are they straight fit, or required mods to fit?

They'll need spacers to look correct, and possibly need spacers up front to clear the strut tube. 10-20mm up front, 20-30mm in the rear... also not sure if these have M14 bolt holes, if so, special bolts are needed too.

those are W140 wheels...I know Someone had them fitted here, but all the funky spacer/lug bolt stuff has kept me from fitting a set to any of my 124/126's.

I was about to pull the trigger on these, but since they require spacers and possible long lug bolts, I retracted on the deal. Thank you all for the help.
