Becker Trafficstar, change display color?

Is there by any chance to change the display color in my stereo to only one instead of three different (green, yellow and red i recall)?
It must be some sort of demo mode on....? I would like to change it to yellow but I dont know if its possible. Help needed.

I believe there are several colors possible with these units, and the ability to change colors is built in. However, I don't know how to do it.

Try the following process:
1. Switch Becker unit off.
2. Press & Hold the upper part of the right side rocker switch to change color.
3. Switch the unit on before releasing the rocker switch.

If you don't like the color, follow the same process, but Press & Hold the lower part of the rocker switch to change to a different color.

If this does not work, try using the left side rocker switch.

If this does not work, you are SOL. Contact Becker to download owner's manual. Good Luck.

I will try to change the color according to DearFuror´s suggestion at first. If I dont succed I will contact Becker!

Sorry guys, have´nt been able to test this method yet. It is still winter in Sweden and the car is stored in a friend of mine´s garage (the car is only used in the summer).
I will try to find the time during this weekend to change the color and then let you know if it works! Thanks again!

It did not work. I still have a rainbow in my Becker display .
It is not a very big problem (I have owned the car the last 6 years).
But it would be nice to be able to change from "pride" to male :lol:

I think I´m going to send Becker an email and ask them! Thank you guys anyway
