Coincidence - Oakridge Mall - San Jose

I was at the local mall (Oakridge Mall) to have dinner at Cheesecake Factory yesterday. I parked in the parking garage. I found an end spot so I could avoid damage.

After finishing dinner we went to the car and pulled out. We drove around the parking area to exit and as we passed by my now empty parking spot what pulls in? a 500E. We both looked at each other in disbelief. It was a green one with tan interior. We chatted briefly as cars were stacking up behind me. His is a 92 and he's a member of this board.

I had to laugh at the chances of that happening. There are a lot of E500E's in the San Jose area so I am not surprised when I see another one but this was just too much.

Very cool story. The most similar situation I have had was taking my W124 cabrio out for a scenic drive along the water after a wash and wax. As I stopped at a pedestrian crossing, an equally freshly washed and waxed R129 500SL pulled up next to me. The driver and I gave each other a knowing nod and then went along on our merry ways.
