Anyone have experience with this cooling upgrade for the C63. Appears to be derived from the Black Series.

This Kit exists since quite a while and is the fix for excessive oil temperature on track use, where you will get a red warning and reduced engine performance once exceeded. The first step was a new software which raised just the warning level.
It occurs only on W204 facelift cars, somehow the airflow through the oil coolers is negatively influenced by the design of the new bumper. Thus kit will solve that and is offered as an factory upgrade which you have to pay for. We installed 2 Kits in Customer cars

OK, I have the 44O package on order through the dealer and should take about a month to arrive as each is assembled as ordered. Also coming is a nifty AMG finned diff cover! Will post pics of the parts when it arrives. Interestingly, the dealer price was very close to what was advertised by online parts discounters, although the two biggies I contacted (oepartsdiscount and Pelican) wouldn't/couldn't export to Canada anyway.
Picked up the boxes today. A very complete package! M-B states the kit was patterned after mods done to the F1 Medical Car but its the Black Series set-up. A new front valence piece was trimmed for the larger radiator. I also took the opportunity to order an upgraded AMG diff cover with enlarged cooling fins; a two-piece affair. Waiting for spring for the installation.
