E500 spotted on TV - Chasing Classic Cars

Last night on "Chasing Classic Cars" on Discover HD Theater there was an episode about restoration of a Bimbo toy race car. At the very end of the episode there was a shot of the front of F40 Motorsports - Wayne Carini's shop where the show is centered. Lined up in front of the shop were 3 Ferraris, a convertible Corvette, one or two others, and right in the center was a silver '94 E500.

Wonder if we could find that clip on YouTube or another site and post it here?

Anyone?

Cheers,
Gerry

The car pictured is still listed on their website, but says it has been sold. 27k miles and the asking price was $34k.

Gerry, the VIN is WDBEA36E1RC115160.

Looks like a nice car.

My records on this car show the following:

First came to my attention in December 2008. At the time the car had 25,683 miles on it and it was located in Connecticut. It was pretty much a stock, immaculate car with a build date of February 1994, and was "optioned out" with a factory phone and CD changer. At the time they were asking $37K for the car.

The car later was on eBay (June of 2009) with 27K miles on it, with the same dealer selling the car.

I've attached the records I have plus the CarFax for the car (which was part of one of the sales descriptions).

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Gerry
