Hello.

My integrated circuit in the engine controller has been damaged. The car won't start now.

The place of combustion has damaged
the marking.

Can anyone help me identify it? Does anyone have a picture?
This is a dedicated Bosch system.

Engine 5.0

Best regards and thank you very much for your help

I can't help with the IC identification or replacement, but an alternative is to replace the damaged LH module with the newer / superceded part numbers (012-545-62-32 or 014-545-17-32).

If you want to try and repair your existing module, you should also replace the capacitors - more details here.

BTW, welcome to the forum!

Of course the capacitors need to be replaced. First I need to find the marking of the burnt circuit and then I will make a decision whether to repair the second one or this one. The circuit is Bosch and starts at 30....

It is either the output driver or the power supply. Nothing else can be seen to be damaged.

I have seen pictures in various topics but no one has disassembled it to such an extent that the markings are visible.
