Emissions sticker photos wanted

I'm on a quest to get quality repros made of the two emissions-related stickers on the radiator support (slam panel) -- the yellow one with the barcode on the passenger side, and the silver one with the vacuum diagram on the driver side. Although I have some sample photos to show prospective printers, it would be very helpful to have super-high-resolution images of the stickers in question (and taken of original stickers that are in excellent condition, without tearing, bubbling, or other distortion).

If you have a 1993 500E with pristine emissions stickers, I would be very grateful if you could PM me (or upload through here, if you prefer) high-resolution photos of each. These stickers changed yearly, so only 1993 cars will have the exact ones I'm looking for. I'm attaching a copy of each sticker here for examples -- but I'm looking for photos that are higher-res, and of nicer-looking examples.

Thank you!

PS: Maybe this would be a good time to assemble a high-res image library of all the stickers found on our cars, along with a placement diagram. Unless this already exists and I'm just in the dark, which I could definitely see happening lol

I believe this exists on the forum, and there is a also a comprehensive thread on 124 stickers over on the Banzworld.

Another forum member was working on this a couple years ago. Not sure what the status is, but don't expect to get flawless photos. You'll likely need to get the best source photo and then fix it in Photoshop before it goes to the printer.

Thanks - I actually found this photo on here as well, but the printer says the resolution/file size isn't big enough. I agree it will be hard to find flawless stickers to use as an example, but if your 1993 500E happens to have one that's pretty close, I'd love to get a 2+MB sized close-up photo of it.

And thanks for the tip, Gerry - I'll check out "that other" site to see what they have.

Another thought would be to take one of the photos and (1) convert it to a PNG vector file, overlay all of the text and graphics on top of the photo, and then delete the underlying photograph. You then are left with a vector graphic which you should be able to get printed to your liking.

BTW, there are web apps to help you identify what font is being used from PDFs and photos.

I posted this in the "for sale" section as well, but just closing the loop: a good-looking repro sticker for the vacuum line diagram is now available on eBay, at least for the '92 model year (wouldn't take much extra work to make a '93 version, too).

janoz, are you/were you doing the work on this project?

I need a replacement emissions sticker for my 1989 560SEC. I have a pic of a sticker that my wife was going to dress up in Photoshop or Illustrator or whatever but I stalled out when it came to finding the appopriate sticker material.

Is this something you might be able to bring to completion?

I have images of M104 for a 1995 E320 emissions sticker brand new that I scanned. However even the 5mb jpeg file I have is too large to attach here.
