Thank you Tim, its coming out nice, all mouldings have new original clips, front doors have new door seals, everything new original Mercedes-Benz underneath the car. Full paintjob in 904 Dunkelblau with Spies Hecker base coat and clear coat and other products. Left fog light is new, I need to buy the right fog lens new also. Interior is re-done by previous owner in blue and brown. Next week car will be home with E500 look with new bonnet/hood and rear trunk.
Due to brittle/cracked rear bumber inner plastic fixings/support brackets which are not sold separately, custom metal brackets were made and tested before painting them black.
Has anyone else made these brackets?
This 1992 Mercedes-Benz W124 500E Midnight Blue (E500 facelift) almost ready after full paint job. So many new parts. Metal stabilizer links were shortened and installed.

The rear sits high and firm, I believe I need to bleed the SLS valve due to changing the rear hydro shocks, new springs, and full front&rear suspension parts.
The material as he explained to me is a combination of fiberglass used in marine boats and hard plastic.
He told me it will come out thicker and stronger.

That would be welcomed. I had one delivered early in my ownership and the attachment tab was broken just from movement in the box. There wasn't and visible damage to the box. Now then, thicker may have excessive drag and there to fore cause the flux capacitor to arc under the distributor caps.
