I found a speedometer for the E500 in my warehouse. But the glass has a couple of small cracks on the right side.
Price is 800 EUR (+shipping)

The crack in the plastic is just the housing, which can be replaced if needed. The speedometer and fuel/oil/temp gauge are 500E-specific and are quite valuable... well, within reason.

Note that the forum rules for classifieds (click here) require a price to be posted, otherwise the thread may be deleted.

Thank you very much for explanation, I did the update already. Hope it's enough.

Remind me again, is the 034/036 clusters the same or not? I believe I have at least one 034 cluster in the parts bin.

Sorry for the hijacking and GLWS!

034 vs 036 clusters are similar but not the same. And, it depends what region the vehicle was originally sold in (Europe, North America, or Japan).

The housing and tach are identical between 034/036 and should be identical worldwide.

The 034/036 gearing and tire size is different, so the speedo won't be correct if swapped between 034/036.

Also, the 036 had a 90L fuel tank standard while the 034 had 70L standard, 90L optional (outside of North America). Interestingly, in Europe the 034 used the same sending unit and gauge for either size tank (identical to the 036 components). However in North America, the 034 only had a 70L tank available, with a different sending unit, and different gauge calibration.
