EVOII 17x8.25

The best price you're probably going to get would be from a place like Parts.com or Caliber Motors. These sell real Benz parts for probably the best prices out there.

Cheers,
Gerry

Remember there are two different versions of the Evo II 8.25" wheels... the "sterling silver" which is painted silver, and the "high sheen" version which has a clearcoat over a machined surface (no paint).

The price has shot up obscenely in the past couple of years... the silver version is now $542 MSRP, the high sheen version is $604 MSRP. Either way it's gonna cost you ~$2k for a set of new ones - ouch.

:wormhole:

Hmmm, two versions to pick from.

I wonder which version was offered on the 500E Limited?

Anyone know?

Thanks in advance.

The sterling silver version was original equipment on the 190E-16 2.5 (201.036).

The "high sheen" version was original equipment on the E500 Limited and E60 AMG (124.036).

Both are priced about double what they should be, though...!

MB Classic Center has them on Ebay for $2200 including shipping. If you call them, you might get them down a little lower, as for a 30% reduction from list.

I think MB doesn't want to sell any more Evo II wheels. For >$2k, you might as well spring for custom iForged or HRE wheels!

:spend: :spend:

Check with, mercedespartspeople.com ,, When I was looking for the same type of wheel ,, I think they offered them for around $400. each..

I just bit the bullet and bought a set of Ceginus wheels, centre caps, bolts and Continental Contact 3 tyres (and 'sports balancing') from Alloy Wheels Direct - total cost including delivery to France was £1800 - $2800?
The tyres needed doing anyway and the car's heading to the UK in 3 weeks for a full paint job by a couple of colleagues who worked at the Rolls Royce body shop and are now independent.

I think the new wheels with the green will work well - looking forward to seeing the finished combo sometime in April!
