Hi, folks.

After exhausting myself trying to find a good, honest mechanic in SE FL, I finally took my car to Pierre Hedary in Titusville, and I could not be happier.

Pierre and I took a test drive together, then he put the car on the lift and went over it from stem to stern for a quick look at vital parts and to address areas of my concern. Damn, does he know what he's doing with 500s.

Pierre's still working on my car (told him no rush) and I have to say that I have never felt in better hands: He's quick to point out what is not a concern, though I thought a few things might be, and to address issues in a prioritized manner. No heavy hand, no hard sell in the least. He does what needs to be done on an immediate and/or preventative basis, and that's it.

My thanks to this Board for suggesting him a long time ago (it may have been Klink, or Dan, both or more, cannot remember). And, so far, I could not recommend anyone more highly than Pierre.

Thx!

Bob

Very good. Please post details when complete and perhaps he will do a video so provide a link.

Will do. I'm back in VT for a bit but should have something in the next month.

Btw, for those of you who enjoy wrenching, Pierre actually enjoys working with owners at his shop. I met a guy with an immaculate early 80's 300TD who now brings his car to Pierre every couple of years and they work on it together. They both love the experience. Something different that's pretty cool in my book.

I stumbled across Pierre via YouTube about 9 months ago. I met him at Amelia Island and felt very comfortable with him taking care of my MBZs. He currently has my 72 280SE 4.5 and I can't be any happier. He loves these classic MBZs as much as anyone else I have ever met.
