I bought this updated cable last year after others discovered the current 38 pin cables for the C4 scan tool were not working. I bought the new M6 setup earlier this year so I don’t need this cable. So if there is anyone using a C4 and can’t access all the modules this is the cable you need. Asking $50 which includes the USPS postage to your door in the US.

Apologies for digging up a dead post though can you point me in the right direction where you ordered the fully pinned 38 pin cable please-- my c4 kit had this half baked cable and all for sale online seem to be identical- half pinned. Cheers!

Short answer:

Long answer:

Something has gone a bit strange on their website, the link from my past orders sends me to this product which it states is now for the new M6+ system although the URL in my browser says C4:

Probably best to contact Seven first on the number below to make sure you are ordering and will receive what you need.

Chat on WhatsApp with +86 182 2344 5829

Thanks for the information had been through the old threads and links and actually saw that same one on offer listed for the M6 type mutiplexers - when asked seven if it was pinned to suit the C4 all got back was "this will suit the m6 "

Unfortunately all I'm getting is connection issues with my cable when trying to HHT to my 500E.

The part number of the cable proper in this thread would be enough for me narrow down to source but alas is just obscured in the image

I suspect @Alphasud40 bought it from CCD the same as I did.

The part number from my order in June 2024 is the same as the current CCD website:

Here is the label from the cable I received in the above order:

EDIT - just looked at Alphasud's label and it is the same format as mine so it did come from CCD too.
