Its come time to sell my 2003 CL55 AMG

I thought I might find some interest here as many of you saw it in person at our 500E meet in Virginia earlier this year.

The car is in great overall condition has been dealer maintained the entire 10 years I owned it. 7 of those years were under factory/extended factory/Star Marked warranty.

My Craigslist ad with pictures and a few more details are here: https://newyork.craigslist.org/jsy/cto/5344229176.html

PM Me if you are interested in seeing the car or have any questions.

I loved this car down in Virgina, if anyone is looking for a close to perfect example (with paperwork to prove it) this is the car. I wish I had some additional parking. Good luck with the sale.

I do like these cars, and a one is nice and rare. I bought a 2005 CL65 a couple of weeks ago at auction. It turned out to be a really shady deal. it was a 50k mile car and was being run through the dedicated Mercedes Benz financial lane and advertised it as an MB financial car. It also had a really high condition report. After paying for the car and going to collect it. I found that it has mismatched 245 tires all around and stretched over the back wheels. The speaker grill in one of the doors was busted out and the battery was dead

I then noticed that there was a piece of electrical tape on the dash that was covering the check engine light which prompted me to go to arbitration.

The car actually belonged to an independent dealer here in Dallas. In doing some research, it appears that he buys about 2000 lease returns at auction from MB financial. I guess that if you buy enough cars from MB financial, they'll let you misrepresent a car in their name so that you can get top dollar.

Are you a dealer?

Thanks Jeff! Wish you had some room for her!

Alabbasi that's really unfortunate I'm sorry to hear that.

I'd also consider trades for another 500E (who couldn't use another 500E, am I right?) or I am also looking to add a 450 SLC 5.0/500SLC to the collection

Thanks, I was lucky enough to be able to undo the deal. Best of luck with your sale, a while ago I was swimming in SLC 5.0's but not anymore :(
