Has been going on/worsening for a long time ... Is it ECM (LH module) bad or I've heard about 're pasting' the module from another board member ... mine is 014 545 43 32.

Fuel pump relay click

Fuel pump relay clicking is a bad LH module. There are old threads on the forum discussing this issue.
However, the part number you list is for the EZL (ignition) module... and while replacing the thermal paste under the EZL won't hurt anything, it also won't cure your clicking relay.
