Horn does not work after replacing combination switch

I had some problems with my combination switch so I did it replace for a new one.
After the removal and replacement of that switch and also re-installing the steering wheel and airbag I have a problem with my horn/claxon.
It did not work anymore. I cannot imagine that you can do something false because it is a simple in/out replacement.

Already checked:
I have measured the contact ring connectors (see the first photo): There is a minor voltage showing.
When I push the horn button directly without the airbag there is no signal.
I did check if the connector ring on the steering wheel contact the contact ring (first photo) and that is the case.
All connectors are connected properly.

I do not understand the cause of this.
Can anybody help please ?

Oep, oh sorry,
I did not noticed that. I did not see them with the detachement of the steering wheel. I wonder where there are.
But very thanks for your help !

I JUST went through this mistake myself! I installed a new combination switch and my horns were not working because the new part did not come with the horn contacts. Had to transplant them from the old wiper combination switch to my new one. You can push the contacts out (used a small flathead screwdriver) from the back of the old combination switch and insert them into your new one. Learned my lesson (again) to always check that the new part to be installed always matches what comes out!
